John Ing
Founding Partner
John is an educator turned entrepreneur. After a long and successful teaching career at Harrow School, involving senior leadership positions, he went on to become a founding Director at both Quintessentially Education and Dukes Education. With extensive business experience across both China and Europe, John is passionate about education and the power of Education Technology to meaningfully transform people’s lives for the better.
John is a former officer in the Royal Marines and an elected member of the Institute of Physics.

James Wellwood
CEO
A former professional and international Rugby player for Wasps and England U21, James dedicated the first decade of his post-athletic career to developing businesses in the Asset Management industry globally. He founded Reviresco Partners in 2020 to follow his passion for growing interesting businesses, always in full alignment.
He is a founding partner of Urbanic, a next-generation London-based digital fashion brand, bringing fashion that sustains inclusivity and sustainability via advanced technology.
James holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages from UCL and received a scholarship to the University of Cambridge where he gained an MA in Political Science. He is a Board member of Help For Children in the UK, a Young Leader at the Milken Institute and features regularly in Forbes.
